Nasal Resistance Testing

Nasal Resistance (Rhinomanometry) Testing

This test is used to assess nasal airway patency. It measures air pressure and the rate of airflow during breathing. These measurements are then used to calculate nasal airway resistance

It is a useful test to monitor patients with hay fever and nasal congestion and very important when assessing the appropriateness of mask when treating a patient for obstructive sleep aponea.

All our lung function tests are bulk billed and submitted electronically to Medicare on behalf  of  patients if they have a valid referral.
