Dr Joshua Chen is a specialist physician in Geriatric Medicine. He obtained his medical degree from University of New South Wales and also went on to complete a Masters of Medicine in Clinical Epidemiology from the University of Sydney. He completed his specialist geriatric training across Prince of Wales, St George and Sutherland Hospitals, and is a conjoint lecturer at University of New South Wales.
Dr Joshua Chen is committed to promoting healthy ageing and preserving independence in older adults. He takes a patient-centred approach to his care, and is passionate about dementia diagnosis and management, and carer burden in the community. Dr Chen also has a particular interest in public health and service innovation, focusing on proactive, evidence-based strategies to support aging well.
